模型的分层是3D打印前处理的一个重要环节,针对目前分层算法效率低、不能有效保留模型细微特征的问题,提出了一种新的基于STL模型特征信息的思想。首先提取模型的特征边,对特征边内实体表面采用区域增长算法进行表面分割,然后对分割后的表面判断其类型,最后对于不同的表面类型采用不同的分层求交处理算法。利用VC++6.0平台和OpenGL显示技术,依据模型表面几何特征自适应地变动层厚,减小台阶效应,加快分层效率,同样能很好地保留模型局部特征,且该算法可以根据实际模型的成型方向,实现分层方向的改变,保证成型零件的精度。 相似文献

In this paper, a four-stage method for synthesizing reconfigurable ASNoC topology is proposed for partially dynamically reconfigurable systems, where the topology is reconfigured dynamically at run-time along with the application's execution. Firstly, a simulated annealing based topology-aware integrated optimization framework is proposed to generate the proper schedule and floorplan of task modules. Secondly, based on the schedule and floorplan of task modules, an Integer Linear Programming (ILP)-based method and a heuristic method, are proposed to partition the communication requirements of the application into time intervals. Thirdly, we explore the proper positions of switches in the floorplan for global communications. Finally, considering the reconfiguration costs between adjacent time intervals, the routing path allocation problem is solved for time intervals in an iterative procedure to generate fine-grained dynamically reconfigurable ASNoC topologies. Experimental results show that, compared to the random partition of communication requirements, the proposed heuristic method and ILP-based method can achieve 5.4% and 10.0% power consumption improvement, respectively. And, the reconfigurable ASNoC can achieve 31.6% power consumption improvement when compared with static ASNoC. 相似文献

Qualitative locations describe the locations of spatial objects by relating them to a reference frame with qualitative relations. Existing models concerned with regional partitions are mainly topology-based and do not consider the effects of scale changes on locations. This study develops a direction-based multi-scale qualitative location (DMQL) model to fill this gap. First, a cell partition is defined by extending the borders of the minimum bounding rectangles of the regions in a regional partition. Relating spatial objects to all regions by a set of directions is equal to representing the objects as a set of cells in a cell partition. Second, due to the multiple cell representations of spatial objects and the changes in direction relations across scales, some approaches are presented to derive the direction changes between regions in different frames, between spatial objects and regions, and between spatial objects at different scales. Third, the location and relation consistencies of qualitative locations are evaluated based on the cell representations of spatial objects at multiple scales through a case study. The results indicate that the DMQL model can locate objects more precisely than the topology-based models. 相似文献

ABSTRACTCloud point extraction has been shown to be an effective technique to remove hydrophobic volatile organic compounds (HVOCs) from aqueous solution using nonionic surfactant. A cocurrent vacuum stripper is used to recover the surfactant in coacervate phase from extraction for economic viability. The solutions containing two series of aromatic and chlorinated HVOCs. Surfactants studied were alkyl phenol ethoxylates, secondary alcohol ethoxylates (AEs), and branched secondary AEs. From equilibrium measurements, the apparent Henry’s law constant (volatility) of the HVOCs in surfactant solution decreased with increasing HVOCs hydrophobicity due to solubilization of the HVOCs in micelles. The results showed that the mass transfer of HVOC decreases due to the solubilization enhancement of the HVOCs. 相似文献

Abstract Cloud point extraction (CPE) has been successfully scaled up to continuously remove aromatic contaminants from wastewater in a multi-stage rotating disc contactor (RDC) using t-octylphenolpolyethoxylate. The extraction performances for the removal of organic solutes with different structures and degrees of hydrophobicity were compared here for both batch and continuous CPE. Included are the volatile aromatics benzene, toluene, and ethylbenzene; volatile chlorinated compounds dichloroethane, trichloroethylene, and tetrachloroethylene; and non-volatile phenolics phenol, o-cresol, and catechol. The higher the Kow (octanol-water partition coefficient) or hydrophobicity of the solutes, the better the extraction due to the greater affinity of solutes to solubilize into micelles. The empirical linear correlations between log Kow, log (solute partition ratio), and log (height of transfer unit or HTU) were developed. Toluene is used as a model solute for the study of effect of initial solute concentrations in the continuous RDC. The extraction ability decreases as the concentration of toluene in the wastewater increases mainly due to coacervate entrainment into the overhead effluent. 相似文献

Averaging in the time domain may be used for noise attenuation in case of biomedical signals with a quasi‐cyclical character. Traditional arithmetic averaging technique assumes the constancy of the noise power cycle‐wise, however, most types of noise are not stationary and the variability of noise power is observed. It constitutes a motivation for using methods of weighted averaging, in particular Bayesian weighted averaging. This paper presents the computational study of Bayesian weighted averaging with traditional (sharp) and fuzzy partition of the input data in the presence of non‐stationary noise. There is presented the known empirical Bayesian weighted averaging method (EBWA), with the parameter p describing the probabilistic model, and its modification NBWA which eliminates the parameter. Both methods can be extended by partitioning of the input data. The performance of presented methods is experimentally evaluated for an analytical signal as well as a real ECG signal and compared with traditional arithmetic averaging method. However, the methods can be applied to any signal with a quasi‐cyclical character. The aim of the paper is to show the influence of the type of partition as well as the number of parts on the quality of the averaged signal. 相似文献

A completely analytical theory is developed for the mixed mode partition of one-dimensional fracture in laminated composite beams and plates. Two sets of orthogonal pure modes are determined first. It is found that they are distinct from each other in Euler beam or plate theory and coincide at the Wang-Harvey set in Timoshenko beam or plate theory. After the Wang-Harvey set is proved to form a unique complete orthogonal pure mode basis within the contexts of both Euler and Timoshenko beam or plate theories, it is used to partition a mixed mode. Stealthy interactions are found between the Wang-Harvey pure mode I modes and mode II modes in Euler beam or plate theory, which alter the partitions of a mixed mode.
